Final Fight
Extra items:
Press Jump + Down and repeatedly press Left, Right to break open barrels, trash cans, and pillars to get gems and other hidden items.
Restore energy:
Collect the chewing gum that Eddie B. spits to restore some energy.
Extra damage:
Select Cody or Guy as a character and hold Away and press Attack(3). Note: Hold Away and press Attack(2) when playing as Haggar. If done correctly, your character will also throw your opponent for extra damage.
Alternate ending sequence:
Successfully complete the game without using any continues to see an alternate credits list during the ending sequence.
In one player mode, when the player loses all his lives, he will start at the beginning of the current stage after continuing. In two-player mode, however, if one player loses all his lives, he will continue at the same spot he dies (assuming the other player does not lose all his lives as well).
You can skip the last battle inside the subway train. Just jump onto the barrels in front of the control console and wait for the train to grind to a halt.
