First thing when applying power to the rgb to ntsc converter, make sure the voltage is 5 volts. It can be a little over 5 volts but never under. If it is under the picture will be acting a little crazy!
It is best to have the sound on your games PCB turn down before your hook the game up to your TV. Then adjust the sound up on your game.
